INGREDIENTS : - chickpeas (boiled, canned, pre-washed from aquafaba)- salt and spices to taste (I recommend dried garlic, harissa spice, coriander)- olive oil (a couple of teaspoons in the dough and for cooking, too) - beetroot (boiled and finely chopped after)- greens, coriander, spinach for example- a little of chickpea flour (or oat flour)Mix everything in a blender. Then we form balls and fry, or rather bake! FOR SALAD : Kale + olive oil + lemon juice + salt and pepper + carrots + baked chickpeas (according to my recipe from the section " DINNER") MIX EVERYTHING, but before this, massage the kale for 10 minutes to make it a little bit softer and soggier! Serve the salad, and put falafel on top and sprinkle with chickpeas.
