TURMERIC ENGLISH SCRAMBLED EGGS / easy & quick recipe for y'all!

Who's busy during this quarantine? Hands up if you are, my friends!
I have prepared for you lots of quick n easy breakfast ideas, which will take you 10-15 minutes to cook. Or even less than 5 minutes, because you'll prepare them before the bed-time and then eat in the morning, just after you woke up...
Choose the way to cook, eggs, cheese and let's get into the recipe:
GETTIN EASIER on yourself and having butter on the toast instead of avocado! Try it
- 2-3 eggs
- crumbled feta or ricotta cheese
- bell peppers / zucchini / mushrooms / broccoli / kale / sun dried tomatoes
- rosemary
- green or black olives (chop them finely before)
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric and 1/3 tsp of curry spice + salt n pepper
Sautee all the veggies. Crack the eggs to the frying pan and cook em on a small heat, slowly adding some milk and feta crumbles too!
Add the spinach, sun dried tomatoes and olives in the end, when the heat is off.
Serve with some warm bread and add some butter or an avocado on the side!
